What if I have an injury or haven't worked out in years? +

Do I need a gym membership? +

No. The program can run entirely with a basic home setup (dumbbells, a bench, and a band), or scaled up to a fully equipped gym. We adapt to what you have.

How much time per week does this take? +

Three to four 45-minute training sessions per week. Meal prep that fits a normal Sunday. The juice protocol runs five mornings during the Reset phase. That's it. No two-a-days.

Is the juice cleanse mandatory? +

For the 5-day Reset phase at the start of the program, yes. It's the accelerant. We deliver everything you need, and your nutrition coach walks you through it. After Week 1, juice becomes optional but recommended.

What happens after the 8 weeks? +

Graduates have the option to continue working with us on an ongoing basis. We discuss that in Week 7 once we've seen what you've built. Plenty of clients want to keep going, plenty are ready to run on their own. Both are right answers.

Because the daily check-ins and weekly 1-on-1 calls are real. Two coaches can give that level of attention to ten clients at a time and nothing more. We will not water down the program to grow faster.
